Ex lead singer of Creed, Scott Stapp, and Kid Rock had a sex tape "stolen" from them in 1999. A women,who chooses to remain anonymous, claimed it was invasion of her privacy. She claims she was the "star" of one of Scott's videos, and this is why she can not use her name.The suit was dropped yesterday (April 19), and she has 20 days to refile using her name.
