The Smashing Pumpkins Oceania Debuts on Billboard Top 10

The Smashing Pumpkins' brand new album Oceania (released June 19th) has debuted on the Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart at No. 4.
It also earned the No. 1 spot on the Independent Album Chart, and is the second highest debuting independent album this year. In addition to the positive reception from fans, Oceania is also being praised by critics with glowing reviews from the Los Angeles Times, Chicago Sun-Times, Washington Post, and more.
Marking The Smashing Pumpkins' 7th studio record, Oceania is "an album within an album," part of the 44-song work-in-progress entitled Teargarden by Kaleidyscope. It was recorded at singer/guitarist Billy Corgan's private studio in Chicago with his band mates (guitarist Jeff Schroeder, drummer Mike Byrne, and bassist/vocalist Nicole Fiorentino), and was produced by Corgan and Bjorn Thorsrud with mixing by David Bottrill.
Confirmed world tour dates for the band are below, with North American dates expected to be announced for the fall.
