After writing a letter to the FCC to request that a set of "best practices" be implemented in order to curb payola practices, American Association of Independent Music (A2IM) acting President Don Rose is meeting with FCC Commissioner Jonathan Adelstein today. A2IM represents over 100 independent music labels.
