Lead singer of Phish, Trey Anastasio, was arrested Saturday morning in upstate New York and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and driving under the influence of drugs. After being booked by the New York Police, Anastasio was released.
