Court documents show that Jane Doe, "the star of the females" in a sex tape involving Kid Rock and Scott Stapp, is suffering from a multi-million dollar case of emotional distress because she thought the tape would remain in Stapp's private possession. It didn't. Instead, it wound up in the hands of the same porn company that distributed Paris Hilton's 2004 sexcapade. Stapp believes that the tape was stolen by a saboteur who "doesn't want me to be successful in my solo career." He has also said of the tape, "You think it's part of your rock 'n' roll memories, I should have burned that tape."
