Scott Weiland will release his sophomore solo record, Happy In Galoshes (originally reported as just titled Happy), on November 18 on his own Softdrive Records, with distribution from New West/RED/Sony. The album was co-produced by Weiland and Doug Grean, with some help from the legendary Steve Albini.

Some of the new tracks include "Missing Cleveland," "She's So Cold" (co-written with INXS' Gary Beers), "Paralysis" and "Talk About Love." The three male members of No Doubt (bassist Tony Kanal, guitarist Tom Dumont and drummer Adrian Young) all perform on the album as well.

Weiland has also announced initial dates for a rare solo tour, set to begin once Stone Temple Pilots wrap up their successful reunion tour on Halloween night in Pelham, AL.
