With hundreds of shows for Roxwel to cover during South By Southwest it was hard to pick favorites. One of the biggest moments during the festival was when Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine/Audioslave was scheduled to perform a solo acoustic introducing his alter ego the Nightwatchman. This performance turned into an all-star showcase featuring Slash from GNR/Velvet Revolver, Perry Ferrell, MC5’s guitarist Wayne Kramer, Extreme guitarist Nuno Bettencourt and Primus leader Les Claypool, and many others. Covering Janes Addiction to Rage fans couldn’t believe their eyes OR ears. Everyone who witnessed knew this was a music moment that could not be duplicated.
