Insomniac Events did a stellar job creating a super chill atmosphere for the debut Nocturnal Festival at Apache Pass in Rockdale, TX.  Checking out the first night of the two-day affair, I saw Girl Talk, The Disco Biscuits and Bassnectar.  Per usual, the Biscuits were the highlight of my night, and I was super stoked to share that with one of my friends since it was her first ever Biscuits show.  I got a bit artsy with my photos...hopefully they accurately capture the ambiance of the night for those of you that experienced it.  And for those that didn't, you still have a chance to soak up the heady (okee, maybe rave-y better describes it) vibes of the fest at the 16th annual Nocturnal Festival in San Bernadino, CA on September 25.
