Phish announced a 3-day festival over Halloween weekend, October 30 - November 1, 2009, on their website this past weekend.  The location is yet to be announced, but rumor has it across the web that the festival may be taking place in Indio, CA at Empire Polo Club, which is also the location of Coachella every spring.
