A few weeks after admitting himself to rehab and just days after being denied a a gun license, Pete Doherty, lead singer of Babyshambles, was charged on Monday (Feb. 6) with failing to produce driving documents, driving without insurance, driving without certification, and failing to comply with driver's license. All charges stem from a November incident in which Doherty was pulled over by British police in east London for reckless driving. Two other people were in the car and were charged with possession of heroine and cocaine. Doherty is scheduled to appear in court on February 13.
