After splitting up with Hilary Duff and dropping charges against two photographers last month, Madden quickly started cozying up with reality star Nicole Richie. The two were spotted ringing in the New Year at the Las Vegas Palms Casino, and rumor has it Richie is moving into Madden's apartment very soon.
