Last week, Chicago's Q101 night jock Electra played the WHOLE "Icky Thump" album. Jack White got word in Spain and called Electra in Chicago to figure out why she played the unreleased tracks. "Someone gave us a copy of a record that we were really excited to play," the shaken DJ wrote on her blog. "The whole experience was an hour-long lovefest for him and his band."

It was announced today that the White Stripes would be canceling 8 shows in the middle of their tour. The first city scratched is Chicago. Could this be Jack White's sneaky way of revenge?
