Great White Tour Manager Sentenced

Former Great White tour manager Daniel Biechele was sentenced to four years in prison Wednesday for his role in the Rhode Island nightclub fire that killed 100 people in February 2003. Biechele was blamed for igniting the pyrotechnic display that started the fire. Providence Superior Court Judge Francis Darigan handed down a sentence of 15 years, with four years served and 11 years of probation. "There is nothing in the entire record of this case that the defendant intended to hurt anyone," the judge said.
