Monday Pete Dogherty was arrested in east London for suspicion of possessing drugs, and some amazing Pete Dogherty way he was released from jail Tuesday morning with out ANY charges!
So the story is because he was on probation he was supposed to be brought into court within 24 hours of arrest.
Well it seems that some bonehead police officers did not know of this.... and once again Pete walks away from a situation ALIVE and NOT in a prison cell.
As of now Pete remains on probation and not going to jail as long as he can prove to the judge he's done with his use of crack, heroin,coke, and ketamine I guess you could say trail mix.
You know what I will give Pete credit of not joining the 2007 rehab trend..good job Pete on going druggie strong and having more lives that a cat! And You look great too keep it up!

The battle Amy Winehouse and Lily Allen continues with Lily Allen having the last word at V Fest.
During Allen's set she poured herself a shot of jager and raised her glass while stating "It's the end of the weekend, you have got to have a drink. Here's to Amy Winehouse...ha"
Remind you this is when the media was claiming Winehouse checked into rehab for her 3 day bender.
While introducing her song "Everything just Wonderful" she also said "All these skinny girls in the magazines, Look at me, look at m"-heroin addicts! You are not that skinny unless you have an eating disorder or a drug habit."

Unfortunately Allen is banned from America at this time and her tour has been canceled so that won't be happening.

The show expands our horizons on stripping, how hard it is to be a rock star (only 1 hard thing in that house), and how desperate out community of silicon breasts want to be on TV.
So any Sunday night you want to drop your IQ a few levels or just don't feel like paying for the Spice channel tune in VH1's "Rock Of Love."

I'm sure you will be shocked by the this news Amy Winehouse has checked into rehab...supposedly.
After ACTUALLY showing up for a performance at Lollaplooza in Chicago... Amy went on a 3 day bender with hubby Blake which caused her to collapse.
Winehouse was then rushed to the hospital for which was first being released as "severe dehydration," but now a statement was released has been released claiming a combo of heroin, which Winehouse is saying she has never injected..yes smoking heroin is less self destructing then injecting Amy...extacy coke, special K yup the cat tranquilizer, and booze.
Was she writing her will as she was consuming this circus of drugs?
Prob not but it would explain her ghostly 80lb appearance and the reason for all the canceled shows.
Winehouse's father who she speaks of in her smash hit "Rehab" no pun intended supposedly stepped in to getting Amy better and in the mean time caused a fight with the in laws. The fighting upset Amy so much she decided to check into a rehab clinic in Hook, Hampshire.
I guess those lovely tabloids all over the place the past few months wasn't enough.
Like I said this is all supposedly because an insider of the Winehouse crew has stated today Amy is not in rehab she is really locked in a hotel room in London.
I guess this is another new celebrity detox program...Amy just go to rehab and say yes, yes, yes..

The "Chinese Democracy" album Axl Rose has been promising us for 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 YEARS showed sign of existence yesterday!
A good quality leak of the song "Better" appeared on a few bloging sites yesterday...wait STOP don't go looking for it they are gone.
Guns N Roses management requested it was taken down immediately...
But he wasn't quick enough for me...cause IIIIII heard it!...
You guys if the song fuckin rocked....I'm hoping the rest is this good.
But who knows when we will find out cause we are back to an unsaid album release date...which obviously means that March 6 date is not going to happen.
But I did hear GNR has completed the album and is currently in the mixing stage.
So as long as Axl doesn't start firing management and disposing bandmates the album should be out this year, but don't quote me on that.

The cameras caught Hilton looking completely bored figiting with her clothes, hair, and phone...hey guys maybe she was thinking how bad she wanted to call her friends to support them during such a ruff time..yeaaaa right Then onto the biggest shocker is our new Sinad O'Connor look alike....Britney Spears. Britney went into a salon and shaved her own HEAD!...yes Britney is bald..then decided to conclude the night with a red lips tattooed onto her wrist. Yes many could say Britney this is very rockstar of you...But coming from someone who sings "Oops I did it Again," "I'm Not A Girl, Not Yet A Women, " and made the worst remake of "I Love rockin Roll" EVER can not be redeemed for trying to act like a rockstar. Audioslave is done guys..at least for now
Lead singer of the band Chris Connell announced he will be leaving Audioslave "Due to irresolvable personality conflicts as well as musical differences"
Ok translation time...
Considering Audioslave's guitarist, bassist, and drummer are from Rage Against the Machine which as we have already gone over is reforming at Coachella..that doesn't leave much of Audioslave.
So Chris can call it what ever he wants to call it...but he got f&*^*
Too bad for him..but I have no complaints on Rage making a comeback..and since we know the guys aren't going back to Audioslave we should assume of some sort of future after Coachella for Rage.
But then with all these comebacks going on I'm putting dibs on the 2012 reformation of Audioslave..cause really who the hell knows anymore.
