Last month, lead singer of Phish Trey Anastasio was arrested in New York. Anastasio made an unscheduled appearance in court last week pleading not guilty. The prosecutor stated his drug possession charge could become a felony and the case may go to a grand jury. Anastasio is due back in court February 14th and released this written statement:

"I feel terrible about what happened last night, and I am deeply sorry for any embarrassment I have caused my friends, family and fans."
