Amy Winehouse has invited Pete Doherty to live with her.

The 'Rehab' singer has reportedly told her close friend he could move into her new house in Camden, north London, because he needs a base in the English capital while working.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "Amy has offered Pete a place to stay while he's in London working on The Libertines comeback.

"She thinks a lot of him and they've been through a lot together so she wants to help him out. "

However, friends of 26-year-old Amy - who has previously battled drug addiction and is said to be trying to curb her partying lifestyle - worry about the impact living with Pete could have on both their battles to stay clean and sober.

The source added: "Pals are worried because they are bad influences on each other."

Last week, Amy showed her support for Pete at The Libertines' comeback concert but was reportedly booed by the group's fans as she danced and shouted on the balcony at London's Kentish Town Forum.

Amy and Pete previously worried fans in 2008 when they posted a series of bizarre videos of themselves playing with mice on YouTube.

The 'Back to Black' star's father Mitch Winehouse has previously spoken about his disapproval over her friendship with the 'What A Waster' hitmaker.

He said: "I do worry about people like Pete Doherty. He's a scumbag. I flipped when I saw him sitting with Amy backstage at her Brixton gig. That night I went crazy. My wife thought I was going to have a heart attack, I was apoplectic"

Ween sold out Stubb's in Austin this past Saturday (8.28.10) and put on one helluva show.  Or did they?  Okee, I'm no expert on this subject as I'm extremely unfamiliar with their music with this being my first time ever to see 'em, but, goddamn, they really did rock my world with their eclectic sound.  One thing is for'll never be bored at a Ween show!  And, now after seeing them live, I get why so many of my friends love 'em.  I was pretty far back but got a few decent pix and videos.  If you're hankering for more than just some "boogie oogie oogie oogie oogie oogie oogie," check out "Gabrielle" and "Freedom of '76" (with Sarah Jones...not Sharon Jones, and how happy was she?  loved it!) on my YouTube channel

Slash is to divorce his wife of nine years.

The former Guns N' Roses rocker - real name Saul Hudson - filed papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court last week citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind the split from Perla Ferrar.

The couple married in October 2001 and have two sons together, London Emilio, eight and six-year-old Cash Anthony.

The guitarist - who has listed the date of separation as July 15 2010 - is requesting joint physical and legal custody of the two boys and is willing to pay spousal support.

According to gossip website, the split is "extremely acrimonious".

This is Slash's second marriage after splitting from first wife Renee Suran in 1997 after a five-year union.

It seemed fatherhood and marriage to Perla had a calming influence on Slash - who is renowned for his rock 'n' roll lifestyle - as he recently revealed he no longer drinks or takes drugs.

The 45-year-old musician said: "I quit doing drugs. But because I'm a habitual kinda guy, if I quit doing drugs, then I drink. And then if I quit drinking, I do drugs - forever. So I quit doing drugs this one time, and I decided not to drink too. It's been four years. And I really don't miss it."
