Southern California's rock station KROQ has revealed the line up for night two of their annual KROQ's "Almost Acoustic" Christmas which is set to take place on December 8th and 9th at the Gibson Amphitheatre.
The December 9th show will feature Muse, Feist, Jimmy Eat World, Modest Mouse, Silversun Pickups, Spoon, and The Shins.
The December 8th show will feature Linkin Park, Angels & Airwaves, Avenged Sevenfold, Bad Religion, Paramore, Rise Against and Serj Tankian.

"Last week in studio. Alexi [Laiho, guitar/vocals] has been doing vocals with Peter Tägtgren this week. Janne [Wirman, keyboards] will finish his stuff now also, and by the end of the week everything should be fine. We will start mixing and mastering right away.
"We did nine tracks, including a new version of 'Tie My Rope', plus four cover songs. We will post the different formats as soon as these are confirmed with the different release dates. The actual album itself will contain nine CHILDREN OF BODOM tracks.
"The album will be called 'Blooddrunk'."
Interpol has extended their tour into 2008, with a series of shows planned in February Down Under and in March in Brazil. The dates follow what's been quite a 2007 for the band, with the release of Our Love to Admire and an accompanying incessant touring schedule.

Lamb of God's latest album 'Sacrament' will be re-released on December 4th. The new version includes all of the individual studio audio tracks (guitar, vocals, drums and bass) from the album so fans can remix the entire album themselves.

Sum 41 has canceled all touring for the remainder of the year. The band explained:
As many of you have already heard, Deryck has suffered a herniated disk in his back and we were forced to cancel all shows scheduled for this year. We're sorry that this has happened and we hope our fans understand that there was nothing we could have done to prevent this. We wish Deryck and quick and full recovery and can't wait to reschedule all these shows in the new year and finally get back out on the road.
