According to the Swedish newspaper Expressen, Hardcore Superstar guitarist Thomas Silver was removed from an airplane in Gothenburg after he was mistaken for a handicapped person.

The Swedish rock band boarded a flight yesterday (June 28) from Sweden to Italy, where they are scheduled to perform today at the Days of the Dead festival. Silver sat in the first row and was wearing a "big" wristband (photo) that generates heat, a precautionary measure since the guitarist has been having problems with his right wrist.

"A flight attendant told me I wasn't allowed to sit there. To sit in the first row, you must be able to assist in the event of an emergency.
