The beautiful girls are an Australian band from the New South Wales coast composed of Mat McHugh on vocals and guitar, Paulie B on bass and Bruce Braybrooke on drums.

From Wikipedia:The Beautiful Girls is an Australian band, predominantly playing roots music. They have released three EPs, Morning Sun, Goodtimes and Weight Of The World. Plus four full length albums, Learn Yourself, We're Already Gone, Ziggurats and Spooks. This electric harmony of rock, reggae, pop and folk has drawn comparisons with Xavier Rudd, Ben Harper, Jack Johnson, Mason Jennings and more recently The Police. Since their formation in 2000 the group have toured extensively in Australia, Japan, North America and Europe. They have supported or been supported by many notable bands including Rogerthat, The Cat Empire, Powderfinger, Silverchair and Mason Jennings. They played at Dusty Days on March 15, 2008 in Wagga Wagga, NSW. Their single I Thought About You reached #60 in the ARIA Singles Chart.
