Mario released his third album
Go! in late 2007, after numerous delays. Continuing the trend started by
Turning Point, Go! features more mature and explicit content than his other releases but still maintains his earlier blend of hip-hop and R&B sensibilities. The album has so far produced three singles -
"How Do I Breathe",
"Crying Out For Me", and
"Do Right" - and a fourth,
"Music For Love", is slated to be released in late 2008.
In addition to his career as a solo artist, Mario is affiliated with the music production team
Knightwritaz and has appeared in two movies, 2006’s
Step Up and 2007’s
Freedom Writers.
