Hawk Nelson

The members of Hawk Nelson have successfully proven that you don't have to drink or do drugs to rock out. A positive Christian punk band based in Peterborough, Ontario, Hawk Nelson has consistently wowed audiences with their energy and charisma. Discovered by Trevor McNevan of Thousand Foot Krutch, Hawk Nelson was quickly signed to Tooth & Nail Records, a popular Christian pop-rock label. In July of 2004, they released their first major labor debut, Letters to the President.

The band gained mainstream prominence by portraying The Who on an episode of NBC's American Dreams. The songs Bring 'Em Out and Things We Go Through were used in Yours, Mine, and Ours, a 2005 motion picture. Bring 'Em Out and The Show have also been featured in Sunday Night Football commercials.

Their second studio album, Smile, It’s the End of the World was released on April 4th, 2006. Zero, the album’s first single, was the 15th most played Christian song in 2007 according to industry magazine R&R.
