Catalepsy (3) is a Finnish thrash metal band from late 80's - early 90's. Core members from this band later formed Limonadi Elohopea and changed their musical genre from thrash metal sung in english to finnish alternative rock.

Catalepsy (4) was a Swedish (from Farsta/Hofors/Gävle) electronic band (ebm/synthpop). Members were legendary Swedish live concert photographer Jan Sundström ("the man with the beret"), Michal Gorny and David Moreno.
